That attitude along with over 20 years of experience in strategic/tactical planning, customer service, sales, marketing, engineering, new product development, and product management is what makes Pat Klingberg a rare and outstanding manufacturing executive — and business partner.

As an analytical thinker, Pat is skilled in solving numerous problems by identifying the source and charting a logical course of action. His actions have helped to reduce overall parts used in equipment by 60% and manufacturing costs by 70% while spearheading sales, market share and bottom-line growth through aggressive new product development.

Pat’s BS in mechanical engineering from Northern Illinois University, MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and international work experience has helped him hone a broad-base of knowledge in cross-functional team leadership, supplier negotiations, manufacturing engineering, cost analysis, and design and implementation of cellular manufacturing.

This combination of education, know-how and approach has enabled him to be responsible for designing and building custom machinery and systems — and managing multiple technically-oriented product lines with revenues exceeding $35 million.
